Melissa (Missy) Bailey joined Solimene & Secondo, LLP in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Missy practiced in the area of workers’ compensation defense. Missy represented both self-insured employers as well as municipalities before the Connecticut Workers’ Compensation Commission. She also gained experience in numerous areas of the law through externships including Residential Real Estate and Title Insurance.
In 2018, Missy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Franklin Pierce University, Magna Cum Laude, with a minor in Business Administration. After working in a law firm for one year, Missy continued her education at Western New England University School of Law. She received her Juris Doctor degree in May 2022.
Currently, Missy is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
