Attorney Duncan received her Juris Doctorate in May 2024 from the University of Connecticut School of Law as well as certificates in Insurance Law & Regulation and Energy & Environmental Law. While in law school, Attorney Duncan served as an executive editor on the Connecticut Law Review. Her student note, The Intricacies of NIMBYism: Exclusionary Zoning & The Fair Housing Act in Connecticut, was published in Volume 55, Issue 3 of the Connecticut Law Review. Prior to law school, Attorney Duncan worked as a paralegal for a solo practitioner that handled child lead poisoning cases. Attorney Duncan graduated from Cornell University in 2019 with a degree in Human Biology, Health & Society.
Attorney Duncan is also very active in her local community and has been on the Wilton Planning & Zoning Commission since 2019.
Attorney Duncan is currently admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
