Attorney Gregory F. LisowskiGregory F. Lisowski is a partner with Solimene & Secondo, LLP. Attorney Lisowski is a Board-Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist and a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified as recognized by the International Commission on Health Care Certification. Attorney Lisowski’s practice focuses on the defense of employers in workers’ compensation cases, Medicare Secondary Payer compliance and subrogation.

Attorney Lisowski has years of experience litigating workers’ compensation case in addition to preparing and submitting Medicare set aside submissions, conditional payment searches and future medical cost projections. In 2009, he started MSA Services, LLC.

Attorney Lisowski has the Medicare Set-aside Consultant Certified (MSCC) credential, which is designed to identify those professionals who have achieved specific pre-approved training in Medicare set-aside trust arrangements and have demonstrated a breadth of knowledge regarding the development and application of the Medicare set-aside trust arrangement process. Additionally, this credential is designed to express to the consumer that the person holding the MSCC credential has agreed to come under the scrutiny of a certifying review board (CHCC), to be peer reviewed, and to adhere to a set of standards governing ethics and professional behaviors. He is an active member of the National Medicare Set-Aside Network (MSPN) as well as the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Connecticut Bar Association.

Attorney Lisowski sits on the Advisory Panel to the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Workers’ Compensation Board Certification Standing Committee. He received a B.S. in economics from Rutgers University in 1994 and a J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 1997. He is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York and the U.S. District Court of Connecticut.
