James P. Mooney is a partner at Solimene & Secondo, LLP. He is an experienced trial attorney with a track record of many favorable jury verdicts and settlements in matters involving commercial litigation, product liability, employment discrimination law, CHRO, workers’ compensation defense, representation of condominium boards and litigation.
Attorney Mooney has concentrated his practice on the vigorous defense of both corporate and individual clients. Attorney Mooney has always taken pride in preparing his cases in a manner cost effective to each client and most appropriate for each venue, including jury trials, court trials, workers’ compensation formal hearings as well as human rights and opportunities.
Attorney Mooney was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1983, to the United States District Court in 1984, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Court of the United States in 2004. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University in 1979 and from Western New England University School of Law in 1983.
