Attorney Kramer was born and raised in Connecticut. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Sociology. Attorney Kramer attended Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he concentrated his studies in Civil Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. He received his Juris Doctor and Civil Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Certificate with Honors in May 2019.
Attorney Kramer joined Solimene & Secondo, LLP in 2021, as an Associate Attorney. Prior to joining the firm, Attorney Kramer worked as an Associate Attorney at a law firm in the New Haven area, where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premise liability, and dog bites.
Attorney Kramer is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut. He is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association.
